Guided the creation of a complete e‑commerce experience for Huawei’s global consumer website. I helped select and onboard the external agency, coordinated collaboration, and shaped the creative direction across all stages — from early concept work to final delivery. My role combined hands‑on design with strategic oversight: providing continuous feedback, aligning teams, and driving countless review cycles to ensure a unified, premium experience. The result was a cohesive global platform that elevated product storytelling, improved usability, and strengthened Huawei’s digital retail presence.
